Sean Finnegan

Sean Finnegan joined Sares Regis Group in 2018. As Senior Director of Capital Projects, Mr. Finnegan is responsible for capital renovation of the fund portfolio including due diligence capital improvements estimating, design, permitting, construction, and coordination with asset management.

Prior to joining Sares Regis Group, Mr. Finnegan served as Vice President of Redevelopment at JRK Property Holdings, managing redevelopment activities for value add properties in Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and California. He also served as Vice President of Redevelopment at AIMCO, managing value add redevelopment in Southern/Northern California and was Senior Director at Makar Properties managing complex entitlements and pre-construction in California including Pacific City, Huntington Beach. Mr. Finnegan began his career at FORMA specializing in entitlements and permitting before joining the development team of The Athens Group responsible for the permitting and construction of the Montage Resort and Spa in Laguna Beach, CA.

Mr. Finnegan received his B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture at California Polytechnic at San Luis Obispo, California.
