Octavio Tomas is a Senior Property Manager with Commercial Management for SARES-REGIS Group®. He joined the company in July 2019 and has direct management of a portfolio of industrial properties throughout Southern California. Octavio is responsible for day-to-day management and operations of the portfolio, he has approximately 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is dedicated to maximizing the value and profitability of the assets by staying informed of the latest market trends and best practices through industry certifications and continuous professional development. Skilled in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership, Octavio has a proven track record of exceeding performance targets and fostering positive tenant, vendor, department and client relationships. This commitment, coupled with a strong work ethic and exceptional interpersonal skills, has earned him a reputation as a trusted leader in the industrial real estate community. Octavio is an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds an active California Real Estate license.
