Matt Lamar

Mr. Lamar is Vice President, Management with Commercial Property Services for the SARES·REGIS Group®.  Mr. Lamar directs management and operations for a team covering Southern California, Northern California and Phoenix. His team manages approximately 30 million square feet of industrial and office real estate.  Mr. Lamar has 23 years of experience managing office, industrial and retail on behalf of institutional, joint venture and family trust ownerships.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, California Real Estate license and the Institute of Real Estate Management Certified Property Manager designation. He has been an active part of a strong management team contributing to long-term growth and profits of a dynamic organization.
