Jennifer Nessett joined Sares Regis Group in 2004. Jennifer oversees multifamily properties in the Denver market. Jennifer has a proven track record of seeing assets from acquisition through renovation and sale. Through leveraging team member strengths, Jennifer has an impressive track record of low turnover rates among direct reports and tenured team members. With a diverse background in team development, acquisitions, dispositions, lease-up, and stabilized assets of all product types in Denver, Phoenix, and Southern California, Jennifer ensures the success of clients’ investments.

Jennifer has been active in the multifamily industry since 1996, served as President of the Colorado Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver, and is an inductee in the Hall of Fame from the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
