Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson oversees property management in the Los Angeles market for SRG Residential. Jennifer joined SRG in 2021, bringing over two decades of experience in the management of apartments in Southern California. She has significant experience in predevelopment, new construction, value-add, repositioning, and the operation of stabilized properties.

Jennifer has extensive experience consulting apartment developers in rent analysis, unit mix, amenity programing, fit and finishes, and launch strategy. She has assisted clients in the acquisition of properties by providing analysis on rent projections, marketing strategy, staffing plans, expense data, and value-add strategies.
