Doug Gardner is responsible for the Sares Regis Group portfolio’s capital improvement projects, contracts and scopes of work. Mr. Gardner manages contractors, budgets and schedules with attention to detail and expert negotiation skills to complete projects on-time and within budget.
Mr. Gardner joined Sares Regis Group in 2002 as maintenance supervisor at a 970 unit community, and was promoted to project manager in 2013 and subsequently promoted to director in 2014.
Mr. Gardner Previously held positions as maintenance supervisor, senior maintenance manager, and regional maintenance supervisor with major companies such as Trammel Crow, BRE and Alliance Residential. Mr. Gardner was the recipient of the 2009 Sares Regis Maintenance Supervisor of the Year 300+ units Award, the 2012 Sares Regis Eagle Award, and the 2012 CAA San Diego Maintenance Professional of the Year.
