Cindy Owens is a seasoned veteran in multifamily oversight, with over 30 years of multifamily operational experience.

Cindy now supports Client Advisory as Vice President, focusing on growth in the Arizona market and supporting our valued clients. 

Before joining SRG Residential, Cindy served in multiple oversight roles, most recently as Managing Director of Arizona for a global company, with accountability for a portfolio of 10,000 units in Arizona and over 150 employees. 

Cindy’s depth of experience includes conventional, lease-up, build-to-rent, value-add, and repositioned asset types.
