Brett Auer

Mr. Auer is a Regional Manager, Management with Commercial Property Services for the SARES·REGIS Group®.  Mr. Auer oversees the strategic management and operations of three real estate portfolios encompassing 13 million square feet of industrial warehouse properties across California and Arizona, along with 300 acres of future development land. With 14 years of comprehensive property management experience, including a decade of office management expertise with Irvine Company, Mr. Auer brings extensive operational knowledge and proven leadership to real estate management. He holds a bachelor's degree from Pepperdine University, an active California Real Estate license and has consistently demonstrated his ability to optimize property performance and drive value creation across institutional-grade real estate assets.
