Torrance Gateway, Phase II of SRG Commercial's Torrance Commerce Center, is now 100% leased to five tenants. Phase II's scheduled completion is July 2022.
SRG acquired Toyota’s former North American headquarters campus in Torrance, CA, in October of 2017 and demolished approximately 700,000 SF of obsolete office space on 33 acres for this phase.
Torrance Gateway's five buildings total 730,000 SF. The design includes CALGreen sustainability, energy/water conservation features, 25 electric vehicle charging stations with future expansion capability, drought-resistant landscape, exterior employee retreat areas, and passive service yard screening.
The site encourages alternate transportation use through van/carpool parking and integrated pedestrian accessibility and connectivity within the campus. Torrance Gateway's new tenants will promote positive job growth within this campus setting.
