SRG Commercial is thrilled to announce that vertical construction of Phase II of Torrance Commerce Center in Torrance, CA is set to begin in April 2021, with completion targeted for Q1 2022. Approximately 700,000 SF of obsolete Toyota office space were demolished on 33 acres for this phase. Sares Regis Group acquired Toyota’s former North American headquarters campus in October of 2017.
This project encompasses 4 state-of-the-art corporate headquarter industrial buildings, totaling 615,000 SF, with buildings sized between 105,000 and 278,000 SF. Negotiations are underway on a lease for the 105,000 SF space, with finalization expected by the end of April 2021.
Torrance Commerce Center Phase II is centrally positioned for ocean and air cargo, at approximately 10 miles to both LAX and the world ports of LA and Long Beach.
