This builds upon SRG Residential's previous success in this area with the award last year of management of Solaire, a 32-story luxury high-rise less than a block away from 333 Fremont.
333 Fremont is in a prime location in the hub of the Financial District, and near the Embarcadero waterfront. Public transit and Silicon Valley shuttle stops are within short walking distance. 333 Fremont consists of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom floorplans, ranging from 681 to 1,193 square feet. As it was originally a condo build, the units feature high quality new finishes throughout. SRG Residential will be managing this asset for client ASB Real Estate Investments.
