SRG Fund III Expands Footprint in Denver Area with Allure Apartments

SRG Fund III has acquired Allure Apartments in Denver, CO. This value-add community is located on 12.5 acres at 1300 S. Willow Street, 8 miles southeast of downtown, within 2 miles of dining and retail options. South Havana Street retail, including Costco and Target stores, is a short jaunt to the east. Completed in 2002, Allure is comprised of one- and two-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Regional Manager Jennifer Nessett says, "This is a secluded property off the main streets. It has great amenities like a Luxer package room, fire pit and pool, fitness center, and spacious green belt areas"

The seller has renovated 78 units, and SRG plans to continue and build upon those renovations, which include extended plank flooring, stainless appliances, quartz counters, backsplash tile, upgraded light and plumbing fixtures.
