Once escrow closed, the location was transformed from a 1970’s metal fabrication manufacturer into a state-of-the-art medical device assembly and distribution building.
Improvements to this space include a new Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system, LED lighting in the office and warehouse, drought-tolerant landscaping, and a contemporary 15,000 SF two-story office.
