“We are back in the Bay Area with our acquisition of Park Crossing Apartments, our second Fund III purchase. The three-story, garden-style community built in 2005 includes 200 apartments and is in excellent condition," said Bill Montgomery, Chief Investment Officer.
"Park Crossing offers a low-density, affordable lifestyle compared to communities closer to the East Bay or in San Francisco," he said. The property is wood frame and stucco construction with tile roofing. Park Crossing needs only cosmetic upgrades. “The prior property owner launched a modest upgrade program that has been well received by residents. We’ll continue that with minor adjustments,” Montgomery said.
Park Crossing is located in Fairfield, CA, close to the city's historic downtown and the Solano Mall.
