Steven Fedde

Steven Fedde’s experience includes management, leasing, construction/tenant improvements, operations and acquisition/development support. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, is a charter member of the Board of Directors for the Tri-County Chapter of the Building Owner's & Manager's Association (BOMA), is a candidate of BOMA's Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, is a member of the Board of Director's for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and a member of the Ventura County Economic Development Association.

Mr. Fedde graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Real Estate.
