Leasing is underway at The Linden Apartments in Long Beach, CA. The podium construction project consists of 2 levels of underground parking, 1 level of above ground/below podium parking, retail storefront, and 5 levels of apartments above the podium. The top floor contains mezzanine units and a sizable rooftop deck with ocean views. Other amenities include a podium level courtyard with barbecues and outdoor dining and a state-of-the art fitness center.
With 2,500 sq. ft. of commercial space, The Linden is in the heart of pedestrian-friendly downtown Long Beach’s East Village Arts District. The Linden has just 49 total apartment homes, including 1 and 2-bedroom floorplans, gathered around their central courtyard, giving the community a boutique feel.
The Linden is the first opened of three sister communities Sares Regis Group is constructing in Long Beach. The Linden’s sister communities, The Alamitos and The Pacific, are set to begin leasing in July of 2019, with units available in mid-August.
