The acquisition and investment division pursues land for development and apartments for investment and/or conversion. Since 1993 the company has developed or acquired approximately 9,000 apartments and condominium homes.

The Multifamily division focuses on creating added value to underperforming properties through property refurbishment, added amenities and repositioning with improved management. The goal is to generate returns to our investors while creating distinctive living environments for our residents.
